I think having high-quality materials helps the teachers as well as the students. In order for people to learn more, there needs to be a little bit of challenge and adversity. When teachers show a student that they can do something that seemed difficult at first, it elevates their confidence

when you are providing them with solid materials and they are seeing the power of their learning come through, they become so much more involved. And I think at the end of the day, they feel like what's been put in front of me has been a challenge, but I climbed that mountain, and I stood up top and I succeeded.
